Bully Kutta Dog Breed - Facts And Information

The Bully Kutta is a well built, thick boned and muscular breed of dog. The weight of male Bully Kutta will range between 150 to 170 pounds though some exceptionally large specimens can reach upwards of 200 pounds. Height at the withers for a male is 30-44 inches and for females 28-36 inches.

Bully Kutta is not only large breed, it is also very dominant dog. That is why they are not recommended for novice dog owners. They are also not recommended for apartment life since they need a huge space.
What does Bully Kutta means? There are theories on how this dog got its name. It is highly likely though, that the dog was named ‘Bohli’, due to it meaning “heavily wrinkled”. Excess skin, especially under the chin and around the neck, is a distinctive characteristic of the breed. ‘Kutta’ means “dog”.

The Bully Kutta is considered to be a very healthy breed of dog with a low propensity for congenital health defects. The only known issues to be listed as associated with this breed is a tendency to develop arthritis and blindness in later life, which is not uncommon for most dog breeds.
Bully Kuttas need some daily exercise in order to stay in shape, stimulate their brains, and stay healthy. The daily activity also seems to help bully kuttas fight boredom, which often has the potential to lead to difficult behavior.
