SHORT BULLMASTIFF DESCRIPTION:
Bullmastiff height is between 61-69 cm and Bullmastiff weight, according to the FCI is between 41 – 50 kg to females and 50 – 59 kg to males. The Bullmastiff head is more deep, broad and it is larger in proportion to their body.
The muzzle of Bullmastiffs is shorter. The Bullmastiff expression is more tough and protective. Bullmastiffs are medium shedders and their short and rough coat does not require much grooming.

SHORT GREAT DANE DESCRIPTION:
Great Dane height should be between 80 – 90 cm for males and 72 – 84 cm for females. There is no data about Great Dane weight in their breed standard, but it should be something between 50 – 82 kg.
Great Dane named Zeus hold a Guiness World Record for the tallest dog, with the height 111 cm at the withers and streched height 226 cm when standing on his hind legs.
Especially because of their size, i would not recommend neither of these two dog breed to novice dog owners, because if you fail the training or socialization with dog this big, you will have a big problem. They are also not the best dogs for seniors or families with small and young babies.
