Bring your puppy to his favourite place, it can be his pet bed or any other spot in your home. Take your dog to this place, so he can be more relaxed threw the night.
Exercise a lot during the day, so he is exhausted in the evening. Try to distract him with a some game. You can hide him treats over the room. It is also important to stay together, your dog will feel safer.
